We love to have everything under control, believing this is the way to live a perfect life! It gives us a ‘false’ feeling of security and it also causes a lot of stress!
We tend to live in the past or in the future trying to keep control of our own life and that of our loved ones. But we forget to live in the now. It is a good start to become aware where our thoughts are in the moment and to try to focus on the NOW!
